ELASTICS Denmark

The fascial system is the link between our internal reality and our external expression. Through fascia we can access the movement of our organs and vice versa. Once we connect with our internal volume our skeleton acquires a different support, much more free, buoyant, and adaptable to the space inside and around us. 

In this course we will work with the ORGANICS Elastics to embody the continuity of our fascial system, its elastic quality and capacity for recovery. 

We will observe the balance that emerges naturally by inhabiting our tensegrity and become more aware that we are part of a matrix larger than ourselves - a three-dimensional network and a perfectly organized whole which requires our contribution, our movement, and our expression. 

Cost 3000 kr includes:

- 12 hours over the course of 2 days, taught by Marta Soteras
