ORGANICS BARRE TEACHER TRAINING
An inclusive proposal to explore the ballet barre work from an organic and accessible perspective, designed for all kinds of people, not just dancers. We work primarily in standing position, understanding that balance is not static, but a living dialogue between the body and its environment.
We practice leaving the axis and returning to it, cultivating adaptability and body awareness. A training that embraces the concept of impermanence: losing and finding the center, again and again, as a natural part of movement and growth.
Includes:
● 10 hours of live course via Zoom
● Exercise manual with detailed photos sent by post
