ELASTICS Recording | English & Spanish

This is a live recorded course in english and spanish, that you can book and do at your own pace from the comfort of your home. You will get 2 weeks acess after receiving the manual.

The Elastics course is special because it invites you to return to your embryological origin and from there to remember your natural and organic movement. Now you can enjoy it from home and at your own pace!

The elastics are specially designed in a flexible fabric to give you support and direction during movement. Like a second skin, they imitate fascial tissue, helping you feel the hammocks, support points and spirals in the most organic way.

Once this training is completed, the way you perceive yourself, move and express yourself in class will change. An absolutely applicable implement to pilates, yoga, gyro or whatever your practice is.
