This innovative creation is designed to guide you through a powerful journey of alignment, strength and dynamism, all while maintaining an organic approach and utilizing two 5kg dumbbells.
Now more than ever, Organics offers a tangible bridge between fitness and meditation, promising not only strengthened bodies but also greater mental clarity and elevated spirits.
INCLUDES
*10 hours of training in the middle of nature!
*Healthy and delicious menu: Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch.
*Saturday night in shared rooms (2-4 people) with private bathroom.
*Transportation to and from Alicante airport/station.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
Saturday: 3pm - 8pm
Sunday: (breakfast) 9am-2pm
PRICE
The total price of the course, including accommodation and meals, is €490.
The reservation fee is €100, which is deducted from the total price. The second payment (€390) will be made in cash on the day of the course upon arrival.
